Responsible to support corporate legal aspect; advise department on all legal and regulatory issue, negotiate and review legal document between company and the third party, provide legal assistance on litigation matters if necessary.

Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 35 years old
2. Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree in Law Faculty.
3. Having strong negotiation skill and contract drafting.
4. Having minimum 4 years working experience as corporate legal preferably in Coal Mining Industries.
5. Having excellent understanding on government regulation especially “UU MINERBA”.
6. Computer literate and fluent in English.
7. To be Located Kalimantan Timur
