Finance Manager

(Kalimantan Timur – Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

* To plan, organize, staff, direct, control and lead the finance and accounting team in Kalimantan Area.
* This includes development, implementation, and oversight of plans, policies, and procedures related to finance, accounting, tax, audit, direct treasury, compliance and security to conduct the result of company’s financial performance. Report to Senior Finance Manager and Area Manager.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): SAP system (FI/CO, SD, MM modul).
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
* Familiar with logistics business is an advantage.
* Knowledge of working relationships of all functions of the organization.
* Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.
* Excellent leadership, problem solving, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Computer literate.
* Will be placed in Balikpapan.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
