Group of mining company, we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:

GEOLOGIST (Samarinda)

QUALIFICATION :

• Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Geology, Solid work experience as a geologist, that is eight years plus experience. Ideally exposure to evaluation geology, drilling operation, coal explorations, analysis and knowledge of the coal industry within Indonesia
• Recognition of knowledge and experience as solid coal resource evaluation and modeling
• An appreciation of geological/geotechnical models and methodologies
• Project and people management, excellent planning, analytical and organization skills
• Thorough knowledge of coal mining terminology and physical characteristics of coal
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER (Samarinda)

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years experience working as a Mine Planning Engineer, with open cut mining experience, covering both production and mine planning environments
• Experience in surface mining truck and shovel operations
• Extensive experience in utilizing appropriate mine planning, design and scheduling software packages such as Mincom Minescape
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and MS Project to an advanced level
• Certificate of medical fitness
• High level of safety awareness

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Be adaptable to change and resourceful

• Ability to think strategically and see the “bigger picture”

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects

• Highly proficient with mine planning software packages

• The ability to think “out of the box” in developing solutions to overcome obstacles in the mine plan and design

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a postgraduate degree in Mining Engineering

• Mine Managers Certificate of Competency for Coal Mines will be advantageous
