Account Support
(Kalimantan Timur – SAMARINDA)
Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationship with customers in the areas of day to day customer service activities -including customer enquiry, cargo status, call centre management, claim and dispute resolutions.
* Provide customised reports to customers based on available information in the FAST system.
* Liaise to internal departments (operation and finance) for corrective actions, root-cause analysis, improvement opportunities and
* Develop customised solutions/enhancement to the FAST system to cater customer requirement.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): communication skill, negotiation skill.
* Preferred skill(s): FAST, WMS.
* Required language(s): English.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
