A Coal Mining Contractor Company is seeking for highly motivated, dynamic, qualified and experienced candidate for the position of:

SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION (SPV PROD)

Requirement:

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geology.
* Min. 2 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining.
* Have a second class blasting certificate for PROD and D&B.
* Familiar with mining software, especially Minescape / Surpac would be an advantage.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION (DPMAD)

Requirement:

* Male, age min. 30 years old.
* Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
* At least 3 years experience in a similar position in Construction, Mining/Oil & Gas Industry.
* Familiar with Project Cost System.
* Familiar with cost and cash flows report to management.
* Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
* Good analytical thinking, resourceful in solving problems and keeping to time frames.
* Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.
* Having managerial capability.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

SUPERVISOR MINE ENGINEER (SPV ENG)

Requirement:

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geology.
* Min. 2 years experience in Mining Engineering.
* Hard worker and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Posses an analytical skill.
* Showing good command of English both spoken and written.
* Familiar with mining software, especially Minescape / Surpac is essential.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

SUPERVISOR HRD & GA (SPV HRD)

Requirement:

* Male/Female, age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law.
* Min. 3 years experience as a HRD & GA Supervisor, preferably in coal mining industry.
* Able to perform HR function: recruitment management, HR system, personnel management, organization management, etc).
* Proficiency in English both verbal and written, computer literate (Ms. Office).
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

SUPERVISOR SHE/K3L (SPV SHE)

Requirement:

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
* Min. 2 years experience in SHE function, particularly in coal mining industry.
* Understanding on Planning, Organizing & Coordination skills.
* Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team player.
* Proficiency in English both verbal and written, computer literate (Ms. Office).
* Holding minimum POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) Certification.
* Understand about OHSAS (K3L) is a must and ISO 9001 or ISO 19001 would be an advantage.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

SUPERVISOR PURCHASING & LOGISTIC (SPV PURLOG)

Requirement:

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Construction Management.
* At least 3 years of applicable experiences in Project Control & Logistics, preferably in Mining Industry.
* Must experience in the use of computer programs.
* Must have excellent estimating skill, previously have performed in an estimating role on similar project.
* Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities.
* Good interpersonal & communication skills and good in English both in oral and written.
* High analytical & negotiation skills.
* Able to work independently as well as a team.
* Computer literate in using MS Office.
* Proficient in the management of goods (stock opname, out/incoming goods).
* Mechanical skills would be an advantage.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

SUPERVISOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (SPV COMDEV)

Requirement:

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law.
* Min. 3 years experience in the same field.
* Have a good leadership, strong analytical skills & understand about government regulation/labour of law.
* Good interpersonal & communication skills.
* Able to handle external affair.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – OPERATION (DPMOP)

Requirement:

* Male, age min. 30 years old.
* Having minimum 3 years experience managing coal mining site in the same position.
* Having experience in mine blasting operation.
* Holding minimum POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) Certification.
* Familiar with Unit Operational (fleet management).
* Able to manage and communicate with all production staffs to achieve target.
* Having managerial capability.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Willing to be placed in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
