Our Client, one of the biggest coal mining industry in the world has recently acquired one mine in East Kalimantan, it also has a license in Sumatra and is currently scouting for several other mines. The production plan is to start next year and the aims to produce around 6-8 mn tons of coal from Indonesia over the next 5 years

MANAGER / DY MANAGER CIVIL

EAST KALIMANTAN

Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing, planning, design, engineering, construction of all civil infrastructure at mine, road, jetty & allied areas :

* Planning of workshop building, stores etc.
* Planning of roads, culverts etc.
* Planning of Haul roads
* Planning of ETP, Sewerage system
* Conceptual Lay-outs of various buildings and space requirement
* Assessment of Cost index
* Assessment of capital requirement for various activites
* Environment Plan

Work Experience :

* Civil engineering graduate with experience in large infrastructure / construction jobs / projects.
* Preference for people with experience of handling minerals & metals
* Atleast 10 years

Education  : Graduate in Civil Engineering

GENERAL MANAGER EXPLORATION AND MINE PLANNING

EAST KALIMANTAN

Job Description           :

Responsible for all exploration activities in ASEAN countries, plus planning & drilling for all projects in ASEAN, Diligence for prospective acquisitions

* Regional reconnaissance
* Mapping, drilling and reserve estimation of several areas of the coal belt
* Geological mapping & assessment, reserve estimation and technical advice to project planning
* Geological and reserve audit and valuations
* Stratigraphic and structural studies of coal basins
* Geological supervision of the drilling programme

Work Experience :

* Experience in coal exploration and mine operations.
* Should have managed drilling rigs and well versed with use of mining software like Minex.
* Should have geophysical interpretation knowledge.
* Minimum experience 10 – 25 years
