PT. Pipit Mutiara Jaya is a coal miner and producer in East Kalimantan with its representative office in Jakarta, urgently seeking potential and experienced applicants to join the company for below full time positions :

Shipping And Logistics
(Kalimantan Timur – Tarakan)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all Import & Export clearance and activities are well coordinated
* Ensure all deliveries meet customers’ requirements.
* Ensure billings and payment are prompt at all times
* Ensure all in / out inventory records and data entry are properly managed with accuracy
* Shipping & Logistics coordination
* Import & Export documentation handling
* Invoicing and associated calculations
* Load-out supervision and tracking shipment
* Responsible to generate and communicate with local and overseas agents.
* Any other responsibilities relates to operational scope assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain, Economics, Management, Administration, Transportation Mangement, or other related degree
* At least 3 years of working experience at shipping, logistics in mining industry
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Computer and Internet Literate
* Having knowledge or experience in shipping/vessel matter
* Good organization and time management skills
* Discipline, able to work under pressured and meet tight schedule
* Independent self starter with a good sense of responsibility
* Team player and possesses good communication skills
* To be based in Tarakan
