* Min. experience 6 years at this positions in Insurance Company
* Min. experience 4 years in managerial positions and have certified AAJI
* A strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure
* A strong leadership capability and managing people
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have good network and database
* Computer Literate (Word & Excel)
* Proficient in English both oral & written
