Production Controller

Responsibilities:
Our blue chip client is one of the best-known Global MNCs in the Palm Oil Industry.

In view of their strategic business plan, they are currently looking for the following senior & high caliber professional from the palm oil industry to be part of their team.

PRODUCTION CONTROLLER
(Job Code : PC/0110/IWGK)

The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will oversee the operations of minimum 3 mills of installed capacity of 80 – 100tph each.
He should have strong skills in management of oil mills of similar capacities, including production control, productivity and efficiency levels, maintenance, costing and cost control, planning and budgeting, recruitment and training. Exposure to accounting and administration functions will be desirable.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates should be Engineering graduates / certified Steam Engineers with a minimum of 12 – 15 years of experience in palm oil processing.
Candidates with good track records in enhancement of plant productivity and cost control will be preferred. They should be technically strong and must strive for constant improvements in quality and efficiency levels in the mills under their charge.
